Build a string from a given sequence of character numbers and a repetition factor.

Syntax:

Chrr( <nChr1>, ... , <nChrN>,<nRepeat>) -> cStr

Parameters:

<nChr1>, ... , <nChrN>

Secuence of at least 1 character number.

<nRepeat>

Repetition Factor. If more than 1 parameter is provided the last will be taked as the repetition factor.

Example:

? Chrr(65,3)  // "AAA"

? Chrr(13,10,2) // CRLF + CRLF
